Remarks: [Host Plant] Corylus avellana; [Gall description, Hollins & Plant] Patches of discolouration associated with a blistering of the leaf, principally along the midrib and lateral veins. Larva occupies centre of the blister, causing a slight swelling.[Additional Notes] Cecidomyid
